We Are All Ok
This is the first of the three foundational principles of Transactional Analysis. Here are some questions which will help you to explore your thinking and feelings around this concept:
- Do you believe you are OK?
- Are you holding any reason to pull back from knowing that this is true?
- Do you believe other people are all OK?
- What exceptions are you battling with as you work into holding this as true?
**Remember that our OK-ness resides under all of the different ways we think, feel and behave**
As you think and feel deeply into this, can you feel your exceptions drifting away?
