understanding & managing Depression

Depression can feel like a heavy weight to carry around with you. 

Sometimes it can feel like there is a cloud over your head and that it is raining just on you.

Depression is on the same spectrum as sadness. It is caused by loss. At this time we are all living with a lot of loss. We have lost access to friends, family, school, our usual routines, our parents feeling carefree and ‘normal, we’ve lost access to our activities, the shops we enjoyed visiting and so much more.

It is no surprise that many of us are touching the depression end of the sadness scale.

When we are sad, and also when we feel depressed, we need comfort. 

What gives you comfort?
