Secret Mango Lassi

Makes 4 drinks


  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups 100% orange juice
  • 4 cups frozen mango
  • 2 cups cooked carrots


  1. Place everything in a blender and blend till uniform.
  • I steam the carrots in the microwave. Just rinse a 1lb bag of organic baby carrots and place in a microwave dish. Microwave for 10 minutes.
