Overview of understanding & managing Your Mental Health

In this topic, we have learned about stress, anxiety and depression.

We have learned a great exercise to help us to fall asleep quickly and easily, an exercise to help us to be present in the here and now and we have built a list of ways we can get the comfort we need when we are feeling sad and or depressed.

I invite you to talk to a big person about what you have learned, and to write about your plan for getting and staying mentally healthy and well.

In the next series, we will learn 4 ways to build resilience and get as mentally healthy as it is possible to be.
