This group is a dedicated safe space for ongoing support in your journey to active anti-racism.

This group will help you if:

  • You want to be a better human and make a positive impact on the world around you.
  • You are committed to learning and growing in a lifelong anti-racism journey.
  • You are passionate about moving beyond performative allyship, and moving from being “not racist” to actively anti-racist.
  • You need guidance on how you can make a difference right where you are.
  • You have questions that need answers about racism and anti-racism.

Join the lively group call every month to discuss your journey to anti-racism, ask any questions you have in a safe space and continue to challenge yourself to be a better ally.

Membership Fees: $47/month

Membership includes:

  • A 1-hour group call on the 2nd Saturday of every month at 12pm Eastern / 5pm UK.
  • A dedicated safe space to ask the questions that arise as you work on being anti-racist.
  • Resources and tools to help you on your anti-racism journey.
  • An ‘affirmative action’ challenge every month, with accountability check-ins.
  • Regular guest presentations and Q&As.

Sharon Hurley Hall

Meet your Circle Leader

Sharon Hurley Hall (she/her) is an anti-racism activist, writer and educator. She is committed to doing her part to eliminate racism on article at a time, and is the creator and publisher of an anti-racism newsletter at https://www.antiracismnewsletter.com.

She is the author of Exploring Shadeism, an analysis of the colorism phenomenon in Barbados and the wider Caribbean. She is also the co-host of The Introvert Sisters podcast.

Sharon lives in Barbados and has worked online for decades. She holds an MA in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, and an MA in Media and Cultural Studies.

1. All fees for Omnis online groups are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

2. If you act in any way which, in our opinion, is likely to cause any harm or nuisance to any person in a group, you will be required to leave the group immediately and we shall not be liable to refund your fees or any other payments.

3. You agree to respect and protect your fellow members’ privacy and any confidential information shared with you at ALL times.

4. All group calls will be recorded and made available to you, for listening at your own convenience. The only exception to this is for the Omnis LGTBQi+ Club – meeting recordings will be stored for security & safeguarding purposes but will not be shared with participants or their parents.

5. Unless consent is given, you may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way any of the content or materials that we use or share in the group.

6. We grant to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable revocable licence to use all or any of the content or material shared with you for the purposes for which it was provided only.

7. You may not, without our prior written consent make any audio or visual recordings or take photographs of all or any part of our the group calls.

8. These Terms shall be governed by the State of Delaware and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delaware Courts.
